As part of the registration process, each Patron will select a password (Password) and User Name (Username). You are solely responsible for the security and secrecy of your login Username and Password given to or chosen by you. You must ensure that these are not revealed to any third party. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
If you discover or suspect any unauthorised use or disclosure of your Username(s) and/or password(s) or that your account security has been compromised, you must immediately inform us and change your password. You are advised to change your password(s) or any other security identification regularly to protect your own security. The security of your account, including Content stored, sent or received, is your own responsibility. We cannot guarantee the safety and security of any transmission.
3. Privacy
We take your privacy concerns seriously and we strive to earn and keep your trust. ConnectMeAnywhere does not sell, rent or loan any identifiable information collected on the ConnectMeAnywhere.com site. Any information that you give will be treated in a careful and secure manner.

4. Account Responsibilities
You shall provide ConnectMeAnywhere with accurate, complete, and updated Account information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of this Terms of Service, which may result in immediate termination of your Account. You may not select or use a Username of another person with the intent to impersonate that person, use a name subject to the rights of any other person without authorization. We reserve the right to refuse, change or remove Username(s) and/or password(s) which we deem inappropriate or offensive.
Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your Account, at ConnectMeAnywhere's sole discretion, and you may be reported to appropriate law-enforcement agencies.
You must not use or allow any part of the service to be used to transmit or post any Content which may be defamatory, offensive, indecent, objectionable or illegal, or which may cause annoyance, harassment, irritation, inconvenience or anxiety to anyone. This includes transmitting "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "solicitations" (commercial or non-commercial) or distributing mail to any party who has not given permission to be included in the distribution.
You must not make or attempt any unauthorised access to any part or component of the Services, the Network or any third party systems or networks to which you can connect through the Services directly or otherwise. You must not disrupt the various networks that are connected to the Services or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks.
You must not allow the service in any manner or for any purpose which may constitute a violation or infringement of the rights of any party including but not limited to their intellectual property or confidentiality rights or to be resold or otherwise provided to third parties without our prior written consent, whether for profit or not.
5. Paying for the Service
You agree to pay all fees and any other charges incurred in connection with your user name and password at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. You are responsible for all fees and charges incurred to access ConnectMeAnywhere through a Telephone company, Mobile Phone provider or other third party service.
You may have to pay for certain Services. You are liable for the Charges for such Services you have applied for and incurred under your account whether the Services are used by you or someone else. You may pay through Premium SMS (PSMS), credit card or PayPal. Any change/ termination in the method of payment will only be effected from the next payment due date onwards.
Charges will be calculated based on our records or, where applicable, records supplied to us by another Service Provider. You will not be required to pay for any Service that you did not subscribe for.
Where you have chosen to pay by credit card you must inform us immediately if your credit card is lost, stolen, expired or terminated or if you want to terminate this method of payment. If we are unable to make the deduction or settlement with your card company, we will not be liable to you in any way and you must make payment for outstanding amounts together with any administrative fees for the failed transaction.
Where you have chosen to pay by PSMS on your mobile phone you must inform us immediately if your mobile phone is lost or stolen.
6. Jurisdictional Issues
This Site is controlled and operated by ConnectMeAnywhere.com. We make no representation that materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use in your location. Those who choose to access this Site from any location do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ConnectMeAnywhere and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post to or transmit through the Site, your use of the Site, your connection to the Site, your violation of the Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

ConnectMeAnywhere is not responsible for the content on the Link Sites and is not responsible for the accuracy of the information and intellectual property notices therein. Some of these Link Sites may provide you with opportunities to purchase Products.
