Sending a V-Mail - You can send a V-Mail (voice email) in 2 ways:
From your Speed Dial:
1 Simply dial the local number assigned to your contact's email address.
2 You will hear our CMA assistant ask you to record your message after the tone,
pressing the # key when you are finished.
3 Now you choose from 3 options:
Press 1 to send the voice email (V-Mail)
Press 2 to listen to your message
Press 3 to re-record your message
4 When you have finished, press 1 on your phone and your voice message will be
sent as an MP3 in an email to your contact's email address.
5 When your contact opens the MP3 they will hear your recorded message.
By Calling your local One Number:
1 Dial the local One Number assigned to your country.
2 Enter the first 3-8 characters on your keypad of the contact you want to V-Mail.
3 After you have selected your contact:
1. If you have an email address set as the preferred method of contact
you will hear the the CMA assistant asking you to record your message.
2. If you have a phone number set as the preferred method of contact you
must press E on your phone's keypad to be taken to the V-Mail service.
4 Follow the instructions as stated above to record your message.
Hint: Do not hang up before pressing the option to send or the V-Mail will not be sent.
Hint: Your registered email address will appear on the email sent to your contact. You can update your email address details on the profile page in your account.
