Create and Send a V-Mail to a Group

Send a voice email to a pre-defined group of contact's email address.  Your message will be emailed as an MP3 in an email to your contacts.

 

 

Create a Group:

1 On your "Groups" page enter the name you wish to call your group in "step 1: New Group"

2 Select the contacts you wish to add to your group by selecting the checkbox next to their name. (your contact must have an email address added)

3 Click the button "Create".  Your group name will appear in the box below.

4 Clicking on the group name will show a list of all contacts in that group.

5 Your group will now also be displayed in your Contact List.

 

 

Sending a Group V-Mail by calling your One Number:

1 Call your One Number and enter the first 3-8 characters of your Groups Name and press the # key.

2 You will hear a list of compatible matches, select your group by following the instructions.

3 You will hear the ConnectMeAnywhere voice asking you to record your message.

4 When you have finished recording your message press 1 to send, 2 to listen or 3 to re-record your message.

5 After you press 1 your message will be emailed to all the contacts in your group.  They will receive your message as an MP3 in an email.

 

Hint: You can also add a group to your Speed Dial table and allocated it a unique local calling number.
