Making a Call from your Speed Dial

When you want to make a call to someone in your Speed Dial List.

 

1 Simply dial the local number assigned to your contact.

 

2 You will be informed how many minutes you have available for the call.

 

3 You will be connected to your contact.

 

4 We will let you know when you only have 30 seconds of time remaining - only

      you can hear this message.

 

5 Any unused credit will be available to you when you have finished your call.

 

Hint: You do not have to dial any access numbers, country or city codes - CMA will connect you directly to your contact no matter where they are in the world.

 

Hint:  Save your new Speed Dial numbers in your phone(s) so that you do not have to look them up on the web.  A good way of saving the number is to add CMA after the name so you remember it is the CMA dialing number - for example: John Smith CMA

 

Do you have a Blackberry?  CMA is great news for Blackberry owners.  As an owner you will know that you cannot use VoIP because the OS is locked but with CMA you do not have to download or install anything so its as easy as making a call!
