Calling your Directory

1. Simply dial your local One Number in your country.

2. You now have the option to use Voice Dialling or Key-in Dialling:

1. Voice Activation Dialling

Press the * (star) key on your phone's keypad and then say the name (display) of the contact you want to call.

You can say the name in the following formats:

- John Smith (connected to his preferred number)

- Call John Smith (preferred number)

- John Smith on mobile phone (you can say mobile, home, work or email to be connected)

- Call John Smith on home phone (same as above)

Hint: If the voice recognition software is unable to recognise your contact's name (example if there is too much background noise) you can still use key-in dialling to connect (see below).

2. Key-in Dialling

Your phone's keypad has letters on each number button.  Enter the first 3-8 letters of your contact's (display) name and then press the # (hash or pound sign) key. For Example: to call BOB press the keys 2, 6 and 2 then the # key.

If you want to connect to your contact not on their preferred number just key in the appropriate letter on your keypad before connecting.

M - to call their mobile phone

W - to call their work phone

H - to call their home phone

E - to record a voice email

Hint: You can edit the preferred number by selecting your contact on your Contacts page and clicking the edit button.

Hint: If you have more than one contact with the same first letters we will read out the possible matches from your contact list which you can choose from.
