Adding a Contact to your Speed Dial Table

You can add a contact or group to your Speed Dial Table.

 

Adding a contact's phone number to the Speed Dial Table:

1 In the Speed Dial Table click the button "Add"

2 Enter your contact's name, select their country and enter their phone number (add any area or city codes if needed: for example to add a number in

      Sydney you would add the city code - 2 - to the beginning of the phone number)

3 Select the drop-down menu enter "Preferred Contact Method" this will be the number that will be assigned the Speed Dial number.

4 Click the button "Add"

5 You will see your contact's name and number along with the Speed Dial Number - this is the number you now phone to directly call your contact.

 

 

Adding a contact's email address to the Speed Dial Table:

1 In the Speed Dial Table click the button "Add"

2 Select the option button "Email Address"

3 Enter your contact's name and email address in the fields provided.

4 Click the button "Add"

5 You will see your contact's name and email along with the Speed Dial Number - this is the number you now phone to send a V-Mail (voice email) to your

      contact's email address.

 

 

Adding a contact to the Speed Dial Table from your Contact List:

1 Select your contact in your Contact List by clicking on their name.

2 Their details will appear on the right - click the button "Add Speed Dial"

3 Your contact's preferred contact method (eg: mobile, home, email) will be added to your Speed Dial Table and assigned a local number.

 

Hint: You can change the preferred contact method by clicking the "Edit" button and selecting an option from the drop down menu

Hint: You can enter more details for your contact by clicking the button "Add More Details"

Hint: When you add a contact to your Speed Dial Table they will also be added to your Contact List.

Hint: You will also be able to access your contact (call or send V-Mail) through the One Number
